Sri K.Chaitanya, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the cause of action on which the present writ petition is filed is ceased of. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to take steps as per law as and when the new cause of action arises. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
