This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the record from the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam in I.D.No.6 of 2002 and quash the award dated 14.07.2004.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 10.06.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
