I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to Condition No.iii imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.13878 of 2024, dated 30.01.2025, granting permission for collecting the Passport from the Court of the learned XIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad for a period of 18 days i.e., from 19.09.2025 to 06.10.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein was already granted bail on 30.01.2025, wherein the petitioner herein was directed to surrender his passport to the concerned Court and as per the direction, the petitioner has deposited his passport. It is further submitted that the petitioner requires the passport for travelling abroad with his family during the Dussehra Holidays i.e. from 21.09.2025 to 04.10.2025, for a period of 14 days. Hence, he requested to direct the concerned Court to return his passport and also permit the petitioner to travel abroad for the above said period. Therefore, he prays

for relaxation of the said condition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the allegations leveled against the petitioner are serious in nature. Further, the trial is yet to be started. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

In light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, it appears that the petitioner herein is seeking relaxation for a limited period i.e. from 21.09.2025 to 04.10.2025, as the petitioner herein wants to travel abroad with his family during Dussehra Holidays. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.iii in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.13878 of 2024, dated 30.01.2025, is hereby relaxed for a limited period i.e., 19.09.2025 to 06.10.2025 as sought by the petitioner directing the concerned Court to return his passport by imposing necessary conditions and the petitioner is directed to deposit his passport on or before 06.10.2025. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
