THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29778 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentMunicipality that the petitioner herein made constructions by encroaching upon the municipal drain and the same was removed by the Municipal authorities.

The same is recorded. Therefore, to the extent the constructions undertaken by the petitioner herein within her allotted land, there shall be no interference by the respondentMunicipality. It is also made clear that in the event of there being any encroachment by the petitioner herein, beyond her allotted area, it is open for the municipality to take action, after issuing notice.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
