Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.10.02.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw the Contempt Case as they are not interested in prosecuting the Contempt Case. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
