This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.22.1.2016 in W.P. No.1812 of 2016.

After arguing the case, Mr. M.V.V. Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate legal remedies.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
