This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the sale certificate dated 28.01.2013 in E.P.No.53 of 2011 in O.S.No.255 of 2007 on the file of the Court of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
