SKS, J 06.02.2026 I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner/A.1 to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 25.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.13401 of 2025 that petitioner shall appear before the concerned investigating officer on every Monday between 09.00 am and 5.00 pm till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as and when required.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this court the petitioner is appearing before the investigating officer and till now charge sheet is not filed. Further, petitioner is suffering with knee joint pain for which he was undergoing physiotherapy and he was advised to take rest. Hence, prayed to relax the said condition. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigating officer.

Having regard to the submissions made, it is noted that till now the police have not filed charge sheet. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer as and when her presence is required.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
