HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29684 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in conducting the enquiry and issuing the pattadar pass books and title deeds as per the applications dated 26.05.2015 for the agricultural lands in Sy.No. 5/ E extent Ac.5.00 of petitioner No.1, in Sy.No. 3E extent Ac.4.27 gts., Sy.No. 3/ AA extent Ac.0.13 gts., of petitioner No.2, Sy.No. 2/ E extent Ac.2.29 gts., Sy.No. 3AA extent Ac.2.11 gts., of petitioner No.3, Sy.No. 2/ E extent Ac. 2.17 gts., Sy.No. 2AA extent Ac.2.23 gts, of petitioner No.4, Sy.No. 4/ E, extent Ac.4.00 gts., of petitioner No.5, Sy.No.4/ E extent Ac.3.13 1⁄2 gts.

mutate the names of the petitioners in the revenue records pertaining to the said lands.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioners seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners are required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh application in Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioners, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve to fourteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
