06.01.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.3 in para 6 of the order dated 25.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13402 of 2025 which reads as under: "The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.13402 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
