Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds by mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of land in Survey No.41/ 3 admeasuring Ac.1.28 guntas situated at Kyathanpalli Village, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District by considering his Form-6A Application dated 25.09.2016 and representation dated 19.10.2016, as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 19.10.2016 made for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner can be considered provided the same is in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 19.10.2016 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the application dated 25.09.2016, in accordance with law, if the said application is pending. It is needless to mention that the authorities shall pass orders as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
