THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6000 OF 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the inaction on the part of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad (NTR Nagar) at L.B.Nagar, in disposing DVC No.16 of 2009 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst., Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to say whether summons were served on other respondents or not.

The only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of DVC No.16 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible. 5.
In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad (NTR Nagar) at L.B.Nagar, is hereby directed to dispose of DVC No.16 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
