Learned counsel for petitioners submits that police issued Section 41-A Cr.P.C notice to the petitioners, to which the petitioners gave a reply. Hence, he seeks permission for closure of the criminal Petition. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
