Narasimha Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, would state that despite a letter being addressed to the petitioner-company by registered post with acknowledgement due, no instructions have been received.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-bank would state that the loan account in relation to which this writ petition was filed has been closed.

In that view of the matter as the learned counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 07.04.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
