HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10853 & 10854 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8276 of 2014 ORDER:
The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of P.R.C.No.38 of 2014 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagtial, which is outcome of crime No.223 of 2009 of Jagtial Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1),(ii),(iv),(v),(viii) & (ix) of SC & ST (POA) Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
