Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar in considering the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of patadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 4th responder the consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

No order as to costs.
