Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

The only grievance is in the suit O.S.No.38 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovur, I.A.No.192 of 2018 is filed for temporary injunction restraining the respondent-defendant from interfering with the so-called possession and enjoyment of the plaintiffs over the plaint schedule property where notice ordered and even counter filed on 02.04.2018 by the respondent, the lower Court is not chosen to hear to decide the temporary injunction application. 3.

Having regard to the above, there is no need of even ordering notice before admission and admit the revision and keeping the revision pending, but for to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovur, SPSR Nellore District, to dispose of I.A.No.192 of 2018, temporary injunction application, on merits within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without fail. 4.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
