THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36188 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Government Pleader for Medical Health and Family Welfare. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent-authorities in not passing orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner on various dates and the last one being on 10.10.2016 for rectifying the irregularities and inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the list of beneficiaries dated 02.08.2016 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 cents situated in Survey No.480/ 2 of Nadupuru Village, Peda Gantyada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.10.2016 at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, basing on the contentions of the said representation would submit that if the representation is still pending, the second respondent may be directed to consider the same, in accordance with law.

Recording the statements made above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the application dated 10.10.2016 made by the petitioner, for rectifying the irregularities and inclusion of his name and proceed with payment of compensation as per the list, in accordance with law and pass orders as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the petitioner as well as the aggrieved persons, if any, shall be heard, before passing any orders on the said representation.
