The relief which is being sought in this writ petition by the petitioners, who are arbitrators in the Cooperative Sugar Factory, Chodavaram, Visakhapatnam District, is appointment of Administrative Officer, Chief Chemist, and Chief Engineer, in the third respondent Sugar Factory.

In the given facts of the case, whether a particular officer is to be appointed or not, filling up of the posts etc., is out of the Corporate Management Policy of the Company/Society and the need and requirement of the establishment. Merely because the third respondent is a Society aided by the finances of the State, a writ petition of this nature cannot be maintained especially for the kind of reliefs, which the petitioners seek in this writ petition. This writ petition is not maintainable and devoid of merit.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
