The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent police in not taking action against the culprits pursuant \ \ to the complaints dated 2t.O4.2023 and 09.09.2024, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home, on the basis written instructions, submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated O9.09.2024 was received by the respondent No.3, who forwarded the same to Thirumalagiri (S) police Station, Nalgonda District and based on the same. GD entry was made on 2L.O9.2O24. Except sending the complaint, the peUtioner did not enclose any documents in support of his version. As and when the petitioner approaches the police station along with necessary documents and witnesses, appropriate action will be taken. 3.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the Station House Officer, Thirumalagiri (S) police Station, Nalgonda District, with necessary documents and witnesses. On receipt of the same, the appropriate action shall be taken as per the guidelines issued by the supreme Court in LALITHA KUMARI v. GOW. OF U.P.l.
