Sri Nagesh Bheemapaka, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 14.03.2018 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as his client instructed him to do so. Hence, it is taken up today. The learned counsel is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 12.08.2009, which was extended from time to time, shall automatically stand dissolved.
