HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29757 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in her name, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.67 cents in Sy.No. 1291A1 and Ac.1.00 in Sy.No. 129-1B! situated at Kappalabanda Village, Pattaparthy Mandal, Ananthapuram District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner online, vide application No. RMU011800676306 and mutate the name of the petitioner in revenue records and issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in her name.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has made a suitable application in Form-6A through online, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 5) Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the application No. RMU011800676306 made by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
