THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Civil Revision Petition No.514 of 2016 ORDER:

The order under revision was passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.3316 of 2011 in C.C.No.1 of 2010 dated 01.11.2011, nearly five years ago. Sri Kausthab Mishra, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, would submit that it would suffice if this Court were to direct the Court below to decide the objections filed by the petitioners, in C.C.No.1 of 2010, within a specified time frame. It would be wholly inappropriate for this Court to fix any time frame for the Court below to adhere to. Suffice it to make it clear that this order shall not preclude the petitioners herein from making a similar request before the Court below, and for the Court below to consider the same in accordance with law.

Subject to the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, J.
