THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.655 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court disposed of Writ Petition filed by the petitioners in W.P.No.18924 of 2008 by order dated 10.11.2014 by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein to verify the record, and if any part of the property of the petitioners was found occupied by respondent Nos.2 and 3, necessary action may be taken for payment of compensation to the petitioners, within a period of three months. A counter affidavit is filed by the second respondent in the Writ Petition, who is the first respondent in the present Contempt Case, stating that after verification of the record it was noticed that the petitioners were not entitled for any compensation and, accordingly, orders were issued in proceedings bearing Roc.No.G1/422/2015, dated 24.04.2015.

In view of the nature of the order passed by this Court and rejection of the request by the first respondent herein, there is no contempt committed by the respondents, and it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the order of rejection.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
