THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5343 of 2016 ORDER:

This Revision is filed by the petitioners seeking early disposal of I.A.No.391 of 2015 in A.S.SR No.1987-A of 2015 filed challenging the judgment and decree dt.03-08-2012 in O.S.No.10 of 2008 of the Senior Civil Judge, Narsapur.

Learned counsel for petitioners contends that the decree of the trial Court is sought to be executed and there is urgency in the matter and therefore the Additional District Judge at Narsapur be directed to decide I.A.No.391 of 2015 within four (04) weeks. 3.

Having regard to the plea of petitioners, which appears to be reasonable, the Additional District Judge, West Godvari at Narsapur is directed to dispose of I.A.No.391 of 2015 in A.S.SR No.1987-A of 2015 challenging the judgment and decree dt.03-08-2012 in O.S.No.10 of 2008 of the Senior Civil Judge, Narsapur, within six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
