HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.29820 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of respondents in not investigating into the case in Cr.No.139 of 2017 of Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the Cr.No.139 of 2017 was investigated into and the same was found to be civil in nature. After obtaining permission from Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Peddapuram vide proceedings in C.No.238/RCO/SDPO-P/2018, dated 31-05-2018, a notice was sought to be served on the petitioner, but she refused to take the same. On that said notice was sent to the petitioner through registered post and final report was also filed before Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court, Prathipadu. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
