ORDER

Challenging the notice dated 21.06.2011 issued by respondents 1 and 2, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on written instructions, submits that since the petitioner refused to receive the said notice, the same was pasted on the wall of the petitioner on 21.06.2011 and demolition programme was fixed on 22.6.2011 and accordingly, the said wall was demolished. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
