HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 8838 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking action pursuant to the compliant lodged on 7.3.2017.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 13.3.2017, a case was registered in Crime No. 44/2017 against the 6th respondent and ten others and investigation is taken up.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
