This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of \ \ Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner-accused to quash the order dated 25.O7.2OI8 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3360 of 2Ol8 in C.C.No.33O of 2Ol7 on the file of learned XXIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.
None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.
As seen from the proceedings earlier also there was no representation. This petition was filed questioning the order of the learned Magistrate dismissing the application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C for recalling witness/P.W.2. The XXIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, where the case was pending is abolished now.

No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2018. The Stage in the trial Court is not known, this Court is not inclined to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
