This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the Court to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.19 of 2009 that are pending against the petitioner before the Court of Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad.

On 28.10.2021, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that he has given no objection. Notice was ordered to the petitioner. On 03.12.2021, as there was no representation for the petitioner despite service of notice, it was ordered to be posted under the caption "for dismissal". However, even on this day, there is no representation. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
