HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.7948 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the notice issued by the 3rd respondent at the instance of the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the lis in this writ petition is covered by order dated 21.7.2015 in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. The said submission is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for Vijayawada Municipality.

Since the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said order.
