O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing an appeal before the Regional Deputy Director (APP), Tirupati, Chittoor District, in terms of the order passed by the Tribunal. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.6543 of 2015. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
