THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29871 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Roads & Buildings, appearing for respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 to 7 and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent-Tuni Municipallity. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, in similar situation, this Court disposed of W.P.No.8799 of 2018 by way of an order, dated 12.06.2012. A copy of the said order is filed along with the Writ Petition.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 19.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, wherein petitioners stated to have sought for alternative accommodation on par with other similarly situated persons, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
