THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.12275 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 6 and 7 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.641 of 2023 on the file of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 427, 326, 504 and 506 r/w.34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The complaint was lodged on 08.10.2023 by the de-facto complainant who is husband of A-2 alleging that his wife along with other family members entered into the house and abused them in filthy language and also injured them with an iron rod. In the complaint, seven names are mentioned and it is stated that along with others, seven members have inflicted injuries. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Further, the disputes appear to be the outcome of differences
between spouses, 2nd petitioner/A-2 and the de-facto complainant.

In the said circumstances, the relief of anticipatory bail can be considered, subject to following conditions:-
1) The petitioners/Accused Nos. 1, 2, 6 and 7 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, on or before 27.12.2023. Upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 6 and 7 on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioner Nos.1 and 4/Accused Nos.1 and 7 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer for the purpose of investigation at 10:00 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required. As far as petitioner Nos.2 and 3/A-2 and A-6 are concerned, they shall appear before the concerned SHO for the purpose of investigation as and when required.
3) The petitioners/accused Nos. 1, 2, 6 and 7 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
