Smt. A.Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation states that encroachments made on the roads have been removed, aggrieved by which the present writ petition is filed. Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel. In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
