A.S.M.P.No.1774 of 2016 is filed by the appellant under Section 151 of C.P.C., seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the First Appeal.

Petition is un-opposed. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the A.S.M.P.

is allowed, permitting the appellant to withdraw the First Appeal and consequently, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
