THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.652 OF 2017 ORDER:

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer O.S.No.39 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Agency Cases), Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District. Heard both sides.

Undisputedly, the jurisdiction of the area covered by the lis is within the jurisdiction of Jangareddygudem. Hence, O.S.No.39 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Agency Cases), Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District.

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
