Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for learned Government Pleader for Education.

Aggrieved by the order of transfer, petitioner preferred appeal before the appellate authority as envisaged by Rule 16 of the Telangana Teachers (Regulation on Transfers) Rules, 2018. By the order impugned the appellate authority rejects the appeal filed by the petitioner along with several other employees by showing in a tabulated form. In the rejection of appeal, no reasons are assigned as to why the appeal submitted by petitioner is not acceptable. 3.

Thus, on this ground alone, the order impugned is liable to be set aside. Accordingly it is set aside and the matter is remitted to the appellate authority to pass a reasoned order on due consideration of the objections filed by the petitioner, within one

(1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
