On written instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Adoni Municipality-R.3 vide730/ 2018-G1, dated 21.08.2018, it is submitted by Sri Saleem, learned Standing Counsel, that the respondent Municipality will follow due process of law and issue notice and take further action, in accordance with law. The same is recorded. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
