THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30029 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not numbering the revision and not hearing the stay petition filed against the illegal order passed by the third respondent in Case No.D/ 717/ 2018, dated 02.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, placed on record the notice dated 23.08.2018, issued by the office of the District Collector, Siddipet, to the petitioner with regard to the revision filed by her against the order of Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet, fixing the date of hearing as 06.10.2018 at 11.00 a.m., in the Court of Joint Collector, Siddipet at Collectorate, Siddipet. Further the petitioner was asked to appear before the Joint Collector, Siddipet, on the above date and time and present the case in person or through counsel, failing which the matter would be decided based on available record.

Since the case is posted to 06.10.2018, the petitioner and all the concerned shall appear before the concerned authorities and submit their objections, in which event, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Status-quo as on today to be maintained with regard to the entries in revenue records, till 06.10.2018. If the matter could not be decided on 06.10.2018, the petitioner shall make an application seeking interim orders, if any, in which event the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law.
