THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION NO.22905 OF 2012 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Against the interlocutory order passed in this Writ Petition on 12.09.2012, the Devasthanam preferred an appeal in WA.No.1572 of 2012 which has been disposed of today. As the direction issued by the learned Single Judge on 12.09.2012 was not stayed by the Division Bench, suffice it if the interim order dated 12.09.2012 is made the final order in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
