The Commissioner Of Commercial Tax Officer v. Parimi Vijayalaxmi
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE G. SHYAM PRASAD M.A.C.M.A No. 337 of 2010 JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellants-G.P. for Commercial Taxes is not present. No representation.
2.
This appeal is of the year 2007 and is posted under the caption of "For Dismissal".
3.
Learned counsel for the respondents is present. He submits that there are two appeals arising out of the same accident. The present appeal is a case of death, and the other appeal is a case of injuries. The other appeal viz., M.A.C.M.A. No. 339 of 2010, which pertains to the injuries was already disposed of by this Court. 4.
Since there is no representation for the appellants inspite of listing the matter under the caption of "For Dismissal", it appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 5.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTI CE G. SHYAM PRASAD 16th February, 2017 KSM
