This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 29.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.1074 of 2015 in I.A.No.527 of 2015 in O.S.No.76 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
