ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 16.12.2014 passed by this Court in WP No.543 of 2014. The said writ petition was disposed of by recording the instructions received by the learned Government Pleader for Home. There is no positive direction in the said order. In view of the same, it cannot be said that the order of this Court was violated.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings, if a fresh cause of action arises.
