O R D E R

Alleging that respondents 2 and 3 - police authorities are interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents 4 and 5 and demanding to handover the subject property to the said respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri T.S.N. Murthy, learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondents 4 and 5 while denying the allegations of the petitioner, stated that respondent No.5 is in possession of the subject property.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police dated 21.08.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that 5th respondent lodged report against the in-laws of the petitioner and another and the same was registered as a case in Cr.No.95 of 2012 under Sections 448 and 427 read with 34 IPC and after investigation, filed charge sheet and the case in numbered as C.C.No.274 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Bhadrachalam and the said case is pending for trial.

Recording the statement of the 3rd respondent in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

It is needless to observe that respondent - police shall not interfere with civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents 4 and 5 and insist/pressurize the petitioner to handover the subject property, without following the due process of law.
