HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26999 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in demolishing the petitioner's houses. A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner had already filed a Writ Petition No.21532 of 2008 before this Court with respect to the same property and the same is pending. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to move a Miscellaneous Petition in the pending Writ Petition No.21532 of 2008.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to move a Miscellaneous Petition expressing his grievance in the pending Writ Petition No.21532 of 2008. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
