Both learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents would submit that the lis in the Writ Petition is covered by the Full Bench Judgment of this Court reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v. State of Andhra Pradesh[1] (Judgment dated 23.12.2015 in W.A.Nos.343 of 2015, 232 of 2012 and 352 of 2013).

Following the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
