HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41939 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in considering the case of the petitioner for issuance of D-Form Patta in respect of lands in survey Nos.789/6, 786/7 and 786/8 admeasuring Acs.7.02 cents situated at Mannarunayanipalle Village of Gangavaram Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction for disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.05.2013, at the earliest.

Learned AGP would submit that the 4th respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, if the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2013

seeking issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of lands in survey Nos.789/6, 786/7 and 786/8 admeasuring Acs.7.02 cents situated at Mannarunayanipalle Village of Gangavaram Mandal, Chittoor District, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
