Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an appeal on 26.06.2018 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.18.06.2018 of 3rd respondent canceling his fair price shop dealership authorization, but the said appeal is not yet disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
