HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29716 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in threatening the petitioner to demolish the room bearing H.No.1737/ 2 in Sy.No.72/ 1, without giving any notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) placed on record a notice dated 13.08.2018 issued under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905, asking the petitioner to give explanation to the said notice within a period of seven days. 3) Having regard to the above, it can be said that the grievance of the petitioner is acted upon by the respondents by giving a notice. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. 4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
